很快的又到了月底檢討這一天,這個月因為實行排毒飲食,共6天的循環,所以體重有順利的下降,加上自己近來每天都會跟踏步機約會,運動加上節食,效果很快就出來了。所以要打鐵趁熱,讓我的動力一直堅持下去。
